Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to providing the best shipping experience for our customers. Our shipping methods are efficient, and we ensure secure packaging to protect your order during transit. We are transparent about our shipping costs, and we aim to deliver your items in a timely manner to enhance your satisfaction with our service.
 
At Karups E Store, we prioritize customer trust and satisfaction. Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouse by reputed logistics service providers.Orders will be shipped within 3 days and delivered within 5-7 days. 

 

ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Monday – Sunday. Including public holidays.

  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However Karups E Store takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person

Return & Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.

  • For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.

  • Karups E Store is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.

  • Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms -

  • Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and confirmed by Karups E Store.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days after delivery. Replacement will be provided within 5-7 days, as per our delivery policy.​

  • Return & Exchange delivery timeframe will be 5-7 days.

  • Exchange request is not considered and cannot be replacable for product with customised picture/text .

  • We do not provide refunds on any product's.
